  • Where do my dogs sleep?
Each dog has a separate space to sleep in. During the day all the boarding pups will be able to play together on walks and in the garden, then on an evening are separated so they can have a peaceful sleep.
  • What should I bring with me?
Food and bed. We recommend they bring their beds with them for a bit of home comfort.
  • Can I visit you before the stay?
Yes we require a free meet and greet where you can see where they stay and we can meet the pups!
  • Do you have a secure garden?
Our garden is separated into two sections, we use the back bit for all the pups and it is completely enclosed and secure. Even for the tiny pups!
  • Why don't you have 5 stars?
As a new business the maximum amount of stars that we can acquire is 4. Once we have completed 2 years of boarding we will most certainly be 5 stars, as we aim to provide the best care we can!
  • How do I pay?
We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking, and require the remaining 50% the day before your pups arrival!
  • How many dogs do you board at once?
We take up to 3 dogs.
  • Do you take unneutered males?
Yes we do, as long as they don't show any signs of aggression.
  • Will I get regular updates on how my pet is doing?
Yes of course! We keep our social media up to date with what your pups get up too along with personal pictures sent of the cuddles they get in the evening.
  • Who is walking my dog?
It will either be myself (Pippa, owner) or our lovely team member Jo! And occasionally my husband Ian comes along for some walks!
  • Are the dog walkers insured?
All of our walkers are fully insured.
  • What time will my dogs be walked?
We have two group walks a day, the morning walk is around 10am and the afternoon walk starts around 1pm. We will always try to accommodate the walk you would like. All solos walks take place either before or after group sessions finish.
  • How long are walks?
We offer groups walks that last for an hour long, 1 hour and half an hour solos are also available.
  • Do I need to be at home when you pick up/drop off my dog?
No, most of our clients are happy for us to hold keys so we can pick up and drop off your dog when you are not at home! All keys are kept in a secure location.
  • My dog is nervous, can you walk him?
Yes of course, if your dog is nervous but non-aggressive we recommend a few solos walks so we can get to know him. Eventually we can try groups walks to help him socialise and make some new doggy friends!
